Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience Co., Ltd. convened a two-day R&D project mid-year conference in Wujiang, Suzhou on July 13 and 14, 2008. The participants analyzed and summarized the current situation of the R & D work of Mabwell (Shanghai), and discussed how to integrate the strategic development plan in time, to define the R & D objectives of Mabwell system, and optimize the efficient R & D system.
Approximately 100 people participated in the conference, including the head of the therapeutic drug plate in Mabwell system, the head of each subsidiary, the head of the R&D department and project managers. The seminar were held on enterprise planning, organizational structure, and coordination and distribution of responsibilities between companies and subsidiaries within the system. Subsidiaries reported and exchanged the overall development plan, project progress, technical issues, management issues, and external resources that require coordination. Mr. Zhang Zhuobing, Vice General Manager of Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd was invited to attend the meeting. He also shared the experience of Junshi Biosciences in major R & D projects, as well as business model and project strategy of biomedical enterprises.
After the conference, participants visited the production base of Junshi Biosciences, which is located in Wujiang.
